I cannot thank Roi enough. My back exterior door had a multi locking system that broke. Getting the door open was impossible. I called Broward Locksmith to see if they could help. Let’s start with “On Time” first – Right from the first call he was honest, up front and explained everything. Explained that these doors while they are good could be bad when they break. They aren’t easy to get into. He knew immediately on the phone where the door was broken. In addition to being extremely flexible when the day came for him to show up he was right on time. Professional/Qualify and Value – he was so professional and pleasant. He wasn’t trying to over charge me or anything. He was really focused on fixing the issue and seemed to really care about making sure the door worked some how and that I was safe. He offered and provided me a temporary solution until I can afford to bring him back to replace the entire unit. He’s extremely pleasant, well mannered. He’s honest and caring. As I said above I can’t thank him enough for being so nice and helping get this issue to a point that I can use the door for now at a more than reasonable rate. Thanks again Roi!
